Graduated from Moscow Technical University of Applied Biotechnology, Director of All-Russia Dairy Research Institute, Chair Deputy of The University Center of Applied Biotechnology and Safety of Food Products of Animal Origin, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Academician of Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, President of Russian Union of Dairy Industry.
The main fields of activity are devoted to research works covering food biotechnology, developments of the technologies for fermented functional dairy products manufacture including the products with prebiotic and sinbiotic properties , specialist in the field of dairy products drying processes, their physical structure and properties, more than 300 printed works including more than 10 books and monographs have been published, author of more than 50 patents and inventions.
